  Hello Everyone, I know its been a long time since I wrote a blog, today I am back with a new post about the book Matilda. This book is written by Roald Dahl, one of my favourite writer.  I have also read  'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory' , 'Charlie and the great glass elevator'  written by the same author.  The book is about a little smart girl named Matilda who is completely ignored by her family.  The book narrates Matilda's desire to study and go to school and also her adventures at school.  Even before she was sent to school by her parents, she learnt reading by herself and read almost every book in the nearly library.  She was also able to manage all activities by herself. This book narrates how Matilda learns about her secret power and her abilities. It is quite interesting to read how Matilda uses her power to save her classmates from the pun ishments of the rude school principal. I loved reading the fascinating story of the young girl...

Hello all,  I know its been a long time since I wrote a blog, today am back with a poem.  This poem is about nature, which I wrote recently.  Name of the poem is "It Keeps the world alive". The Sun and its shining rays 🌞 It lights up the place 💡 The birds sing the songs🐦 and the leaves have their own music they sing all day long🍃🌳 They keep this world alive 🌏 They sing the song at the light of dawn🌄 The flowers bloom 🌻 and the sun shines🌞 They keep this world alive🌎🌍 Hope you like the poem. Hello everyone nice to see you again.   You know I am a big fan of jellies.   I was wondering if there are any Indian jellies and for my surprise there are so many kinds of halwa which looks like jellies. In this blog I am writing about few Indian jellies.   Ash gourd Halwa (Dumroot Halwa/Kashi Halwa) Ashgourd halwa is a delicious halwa which looks and tastes like jelly. It is a preparation made from Ash gourd, sugar, ghee, cardamom and dry fruits. Though preparing it is a lengthy process, if done right, it tastes very good.   This is a very famous halwa which in prepared in many weddings and feasts.  It is also called as Kashi halwa or dumroot. I heard that it originated in udupi.  Here is the picture of the halwa which was made in our home last week.  Isn't it mouth watering? I enjoyed eating it as much as my parents enjoyed preparing it :)   In my next blog, see you with a different home made jelly... Bye for now.

What you do when you don't have topic for your next blog?   What do I do? Does anybody know? Well, you know what, let me tell you some tips which I use. Tip number 1 : Do something which you always like. Tip number 2 :  Read a story or two to get some ideas. Tip number 3 : If you still haven't got any idea, try doing something new.   While doing that you just might get some idea. Tip number 4: Be creative and try to imagine what you might like to do. Well, if none of these work then try making your own idea. It just might work.
